I am sorry for the delay in publishing our registration form. I am continuing to work out details for the upcoming year.

As of right now, we do not have enough childcare helpers for our classes and meetings so we can not offer this service.

If you need to have childcare, please register even if we can not offer this service so we can get a feel for how many of you need this and can work to accommodate this need. I will keep you posted if services become available.

Please consider helping our parents take English on Thursdays by volunteering to help with childcare. Children are welcome to sit in with us on Tuesdays.

It's Back to School!

Hello Friends.

Many of you are busy with back to school. Take a look at our updated schedule page for the fall.

Key Dates:

Online registration opens August 20. Watch for the link!

Staff meeting: August 22, 9:30-11:30

In person registration and screening for English classes:

August 29, 9:30-11:30 at CLC in the upstairs classrooms

Classes and meetings begin after Labor Day (the first week in September)

International Friends Bible Study: Tuesday September 3, 9:30-10:30, Room 100

International Friends: Tuesday, September 3, 10:30-12:00, Room 100

English Classes: Thursday, September 5, 9:30-11:30, upstairs classrooms
Wednesday, September 11, 4:30-6:00, Room 100

We are recruiting for the fall. 

We are always looking for people to lead meetings and help in our classes. Join us in friendship and with English language learning. Contact me for more information or just come and see!

We are looking for people who would like help our families with  children in our preschool class and the nursery. Please contact me if you would like to look after our little ones while their mom's learn. 





back to school: the weeks when children return to classes. This is like a holiday season that people prepare for with shopping and cramming (hurrying to get something done) in vacations and "last chance" activities.

A History Tour Opportunity

St Rita Catholic Church is celebrating their centennial anniversary.

They will have a historic tour on Saturday, August 3rd at 10am-12pm.

There will be a mass with the Bishop at 4pm

Sunflower Experience

The sunflower experience will be open to the public Monday–Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm. Entry to the field will end 30 minutes prior to closing each day. The field will close to the public promptly at 6:00pm or at 5:00pm on Sunday.

ONLY CELL PHONE CAMERAS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FIELD. PLEASE LEAVE ALL OTHER TYPES OF CAMERAS IN YOUR VEHICLE. BAGS WILL BE CHECKED.

The experience is $5.00 per person payable at the entrance. Cash, Visa, Master Card or Discover is accepted.

If you would like to cut a flower, they are $7.00 per stem. Flowers will only be cut from designated areas. Scissors are provided as well as a self-serve flower care station.
