International Friends 2023-2024 Program Information

International Friends is your opportunity to learn about living in Indiana and the United States and to practice American English with our talented, all volunteer staff and teachers. We are happy to announce that there are no fees associated with our meetings and classes this year. Cornerstone Lutheran Church is continuing to generously support us financially and physically. We follow a "lab school" format. This means that we apply cutting edge and best practices in American English and culture in all of our meetings. Please be aware that YOU are in control of what you learn as an adult. Your success is dependent on you. Thanks to the pandemic and Zoom we are able to offer classes to anyone anywhere (if you can work around time zones). While in-person learning is often the best, Zoom or other virtual meetings offer a great opportunity to learn and grow.

Materials and Fees: International Friends is grateful to Cornerstone Lutheran Church over our years for providing facility, childcare and financial support. CLC financial support is covering this year’s program costs. Students are responsible for purchasing textbooks.

Children: Children are welcome at our meetings. Your little ones are welcome to sit in with you as you study English.
