International Bible Study
Tuesdays, September 5, 2017 to May 15, 2018, 9:00-10:30, Room 100
Join us as we read and discuss the Bible. Read in your home language. Discuss in English and
your home language (if two or more are present). You do not have to be Christian to come and
study with us.
International Friends
Tuesdays, September 5, 2017 to May 15, 2018, 10:30-12:00, Room 100
Join us for Friendship, fun, food and field trips (in English!). Come and meet new friends and
learn about each other and about life in Indiana and other places and (practice casual English),
learn to cook new dishes and to make new crafts. Celebrate traditional American holidays.
Guests will help answer questions about school, doctors, etc. Meetings may include costs for
craft supplies, lunch, admittance to events, etc.
Casual Conversation Class
Wednesdays, September 13, 2017 to May 16, 2018, 4:30-6:00, Room 201
Join the conversation and earn the most current (and old fashioned) slang. Listen to the banter of
old friends as we talk about our lives and what is important to us. This class prepares you for
real-life conversation and costs $30. There is free child care available as well as church the
opportunity for older children to join bells and choir.
English Classes
Thursdays, September 14, 2017 to May 17, 2018, 9:30-12:00, Upstairs Classrooms
Join us for leveled English classes. Students joining us for the first time are screened to make
sure they are placed in the best class for them. Returning students are placed according teacher
recommendations. These classes cost $60 for the year.
American Accent Training
Thursdays, September 14, 2017 to May 17, 2018, 9:30-12:00, Upstairs Classrooms
Get help with American English language pronunciation. Learn the tricks behind how American
English words are formed and sounds are made from a speech therapist. Practice casual
conversation. Students Level 3 and above. This class costs $60 for the year.
International Friends Family Fun
The third Saturday of the month, 2:30-4:30, Upstairs Classrooms
By popular request, we are offering the space and the time for our Friends and their families to
meet and to enjoy a hobby. Currently we have a group learning and practicing Chinese brush
painting.

2018: 1/20, 2/17, 3/17, 4/21, 5/19, 6/16, 7/21, 8/18, 9/15, 10/20, 11/17, 12/15
