Thursday, September 4: American English and Culture (for adults)
Zoom with us from 9:00 to 11:00 AM on Thursday beginning September 4 for American English and Culture. We have an all-new Zoom link. Register by 9:00 AM Wednesday to get the link in time for our meeting on Thursday.
Join us in person 7:00 to 8:30 PM on Thursday beginning September 4 for American English and Culture. Register so we know how many to expect; or come and expect to register during our meeting. We meet at Cornerstone Lutheran Church: 4850 East Main Street in Carmel, Indiana in room 100. Enter Door 6.
Friday, September 5: American English and Culture (for kids)
Kids can Zoom with us 6:00-6:30 PM to practice for American English and Culture for kids. Register by noon on Wednesday to get the private Zoom link (emailed on Wednesday). Join us to practice American English and to talk about what it is like to live in America.
Monday, September 8: Bible Study
Join us on Zoom 8:00-9:00 PM to talk about the Bible in English. This popular class uses the Bible as the basis for discussion. Read in your home language and talk about the stories. The Bible is a great textbook because it is translated in almost all of the languages. The content provides discussion about life topics. Register receive the link.
TBA: Teaching and Leading Language and Culture
Register to join us as we meet on Zoom (or maybe in person) to talk about relevant topics for leading meetings and classes. This meet has grown out of our staff meetings. Meetings are "to be arranged" to meet the schedules of people interested in growing conversations in this area.
